Amy Watkins

Amy Watkins serves as the Assistant Manager and Director of Safe Kids Connecticut at Connecticut Children's since November 2020, focusing on preventing unintentional injuries among children aged 0-19 through community education, public policy, and research. Prior to this role, Amy was a Program Specialist for Watch for Me CT, a project aimed at enhancing pedestrian and cyclist safety in Connecticut. Between October 2000 and December 2017, Amy worked as the Client and Community Programs Manager for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, CT Chapter. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Health from The University of Connecticut Health Center and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the University of Connecticut.
