Cindy Martinez serves as the Vice President of Finance & Administration at the Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence since August 2023, overseeing financial and administrative functions at the organization. Previously, Cindy was the CFO and Executive Finance Director at NAFI CT Inc. from September 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading a financial team across multiple states, forecasting profitability, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art, Finance Officer at the Capitol Region Education Council managing a $150M budget, and Vice President of Project Implementation at NeuPower. Cindy's professional journey began at CIGNA as an Assistant Vice President after graduating with a BS in Accounting from Fairfield University.

Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence
Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence (CCADV) is Connecticut’s leading voice for victims of domestic violence and those organizations that serve them. We are a member organization of Connecticut’s 18 domestic violence service organizations that provide critical safety and support to victims across the state of Connecticut. Founded in 1978, CCADV works with our membership to understand and respond to the ongoing needs of domestic violence survivors and their families and to create social change through a variety of initiatives. CCADV leads on public policy advocacy, technical assistance, prevention, and public awareness. Some of our specific project and initiatives include diversity & accessibility, health professional outreach, lethality assessment, domestic violence fatality review, and legal advocacy, among others We also partner with the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center as part of our Children’s Center on Family Violence (CCFV). CCFV aims to reduce the impact of family violence on children through a trauma-informed, multidisciplinary, multi-agency approach.
