Adam McPhillips

Adam McPhillips currently serves as the Assistant Director of Admission at Connecticut College, overseeing the admission social media team and coordinating various committees related to campus visits and student engagement, covering multiple states. Prior to this role, Adam worked as a barista at Starbucks, delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment, and interned in first-year admissions at Southern Connecticut State University, gaining experience with admissions software and data handling. Adam also held positions at the University of New Haven, including summer intern and Charger Ambassador, where contributions were made to orientation programs and the theater arts program through effective management and promotional strategies. Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Haven in May 2023.
