Jessica Cerullo is an experienced performing arts educator and director currently serving as an Affiliate Professor at Emerson College and a Director at Connect to Create, LLC, focusing on community-based projects and mental health through expressive arts in Eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. As a Research Affiliate and Adjunct Associate Professor at Connecticut College, Jessica engages in innovative programming to foster creative economies in under-resourced communities through the Connecticut Office of the Arts. Additionally, as the Artistic Director of the Michael Chekhov Association, Jessica orchestrates the International Michael Chekhov Workshop and Festival, transitioning these initiatives online post-pandemic. Previous roles include Associate and Assistant Professor of Theater at Whitman College, where Jessica taught a variety of acting classes and served on community engagement committees, as well as contributions to various performance art projects and theaters. Jessica holds an MFA in Contemporary Performance from Naropa University and a BA in Communications from Hofstra University.
