Persephone L. Hall

Persephone L. Hall currently serves as the Associate Dean of the College and Hale Family Executive Director of the Hale Center for Career Development at Connecticut College, a position held since June 2016, where responsibilities include leading career-related programs and implementing a four-year career development strategy integrated into the academic curriculum. Prior to this role, Persephone L. Hall held various positions at Wesleyan University, including Associate Director of Career Development and Campus Outreach, as well as Associate Director of Employer Relations. Earlier professional experience includes roles in human resources and employee relations at Retail Brand Alliance, FleetBoston, and Fleet Bank, along with a background in career counseling at the University of Connecticut. Persephone L. Hall holds a Master of Education in College Student Personnel and a Bachelor of Science in Communication, both from Ohio University.
