Elena Curry

Elena Curry has extensive experience in clinical management and care coordination, currently serving as Clinical Manager, Team Lead, Care Manager, and Transition Coach at Connecticut Community Care since April 2014. Prior roles include Clinical Care Coordinator at New England Home Care (2013-2014), where collaboration with healthcare facilities ensured safe patient transitions, and Clinical Liaison at Genesis HealthCare/SunBridge HealthCare (2007-2013), focusing on account management and relationship building within the healthcare community. Additionally, Elena held the position of Director of Admissions and Social Services at Governors House-SunBridge from September 2001 to September 2007. Elena earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Quinnipiac University between 1991 and 1996. Currently, Elena is actively seeking new employment opportunities as the program at Connecticut Community Care concludes on December 31.
