Ellen Stewart

Ellen Stewart has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2008 to 2012, they worked in the Connecticut Judicial Branch as a Juvenile Detention Officer and later as an Intern/Volunteer in the Office of Adult Probation. From 2009 to 2012, they also worked as a Security Guard at T&M Protection Resources, LLC. In 2010, they interned at Lehigh University as an Office Assistant. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Youth Continuum, first as a Resident Advisor, then as a Shift Supervisor. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Therapeutic Support Services Mentor at Northern Middlesex YMCA. Starting in 2015, they joined the Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut as a Care Manager until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at Connecticut Community Care, Inc., first as a Care Manager and later as a Care Manager Team Lead.

Ellen Stewart received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Social Psychology from Lehigh University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Ellen went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Sacred Heart University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013.
