Julia Evans Starr

Julia Evans Starr is the current President at Connecticut Community Care. Julia has a long and impressive history working in aging, disability, and health policy. Julia started their career as an Executive Director at Connecticut's Legislative Commission on Aging in 1993 and remained there for over 20 years. In 2013, they became an Adjunct Professor at Smith College, where they worked until 2015. Her most recent position before becoming President at Connecticut Community Care was as an Aging, Disability, and Health Policy Consultant. Julia Evans Starr is a highly qualified and experienced professional who has dedicated their career to improving the lives of older adults and people with disabilities.
