Kurt D. has over 10 years of work experience in various roles related to people and culture, employee relations, and human resources management. Kurt is currently the Director of People and Culture at Connecticut Community Care since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a People and Culture Strategist at Aubergine Partners from August 2016 to June 2022. Kurt also served as the Director of Employee Relations at Audubon Nature Institute from August 2017 to May 2020.
