Panagiota Capaldi

Panagiota Capaldi is an experienced administrative and arts management professional with a strong background in audience services and box office operations. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development since April 2023, Panagiota has previously held key positions at the University of Connecticut, including Box Office Manager and Company/House Manager of the Connecticut Repertory Theatre from October 2013 to April 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Audience Services Manager and Box Office Manager at Hartford Stage from August 2010 to October 2013, as well as a Lighting Designer at Westfield State College Theatre Arts Program and management roles at Chester Theatre Company. Panagiota holds a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Westfield State University, completed in 2009.
