Tina Parks is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various financial roles. Currently serving as an Associate Accountant at the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development since September 2022, Tina has previously held positions such as Financial Compliance and Audit Specialist at the University of Connecticut and Lead Auditor at the Texas Department of Agriculture. Additional experience includes roles as a Compliance Analyst for the Office of Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Tax Examiner with the Internal Revenue Service, and Accounting Coordinator as well as Accountant II at Yale University. Tina is pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting at the University of Connecticut, having already completed a Graduate Certificate in Accounting Fundamentals and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University.
