Clean Energy Finance at Connecticut Green Bank

Desiree Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Their most recent position was with CT Green Bank, where they worked in Clean Energy Finance starting in December 2018. Prior to that, they worked at CME Group as a Manager of Energy Options from January 2015 to November 2016, and also as an Economist in Energy Research from November 2013 to January 2015. Before their time at CME Group, they were an Analyst in Energy Markets Policy at Con Edison from January 2011 to November 2013, and they also participated in the GOLD Program from September 2009 to December 2010. In addition, Desiree worked as a Team Manager for a consulting project under the Healthy Urban Tree Initiative at Columbia M.S. Capstone Project from September 2012 to December 2012. Their earlier experiences include being a Teaching Assistant in the Economics Department at Brandeis University from September 2008 to May 2009, a Summer Intern at Spire Vision in July 2008, and a Summer Research Analyst at Optima Fund Management from May 2007 to July 2007.

Desiree Miller received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Psychology, and Business from Brandeis University in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, completing their studies in 2012.
