Deborah Alter

Deborah Alter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program administration and mortgage underwriting. Since May 2008, Deborah Alter has served as a Senior Program Officer at the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, following a successful tenure as Manager of Multifamily. Prior to this role, Deborah Alter worked at GMAC Mortgage from September 1997 to May 2008 as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter. Deborah Alter holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Central Connecticut State University, obtained between 1992 and 1998, and also earned a degree from Utica University from 1987 to 1991.
