Jenna Zaikarite

Jenna Zaikarite, CPA, currently serves as a Multifamily Program Compliance Officer at the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jenna was a Manager at Whittlesey from August 2008 to June 2021, specializing in audits of affordable housing and not-for-profit entities, as well as state and federal single audits. Jenna has also co-led the real estate thought leadership niche and led the CPE committee through 2020. Educationally, Jenna earned a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Criminology from Central Connecticut State University, where tutoring in Statistics and Accounting occurred from September 2006 to May 2008. Additional experience includes an internship at Nanavaty, Nanavaty & Davenport and roles at the Savings Bank of Danbury as a float teller.
