Kelly Belanger

Kelly Belanger, CPA, has extensive experience in auditing and accounting, currently serving as Staff Auditor 2 and Staff Internal Auditor at the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority since August 2012. Previously, Kelly held the position of Senior Accountant at Sheptoff, Reuber & Co PC from June 2011 to July 2012, where responsibilities included preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP and assisting clients with tax returns and payroll. Kelly's experience also includes roles as Staff Accountant and Staff Auditor at Sheptoff, Reuber & Company PC and CCR LLP, respectively, focusing on municipal agencies and non-profit organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
