Tamyra Davis

Tamyra is a senior investment specialist on the ventures team at Connecticut Innovations. In her role, she is the first point of contact for companies looking to explore offerings in Connecticut and is responsible for providing guidance and support to navigate any available resources. She works closely with the venture team on the review of companies for investments. Tamyra also works with CTNext on membership registration and serves as a similar roadmap to startups that come through the innovation ecosystem looking to identify talent, funding, and partnership opportunities around the state.

Prior to joining CI in 2013, Tamyra worked as a customer service representative and manager for the healthcare division of Cigna Corporation, where she spent more than a decade helping to improve and evolve the customer service function.
