Heidi Covino

Heidi Covino is currently serving as a Visitor Experience Specialist at the Connecticut Science Center since April 2023. With extensive experience as a Household Manager and Full-Time Parent since 2001, Heidi has effectively managed budgets, transportation, and nutrition while utilizing persuasive communication and collaboration skills. From 2008 to 2016, public relations efforts were spearheaded as the Public Relations Manager and Blogmaster for the Ellington Girl Scouts, where the first blog was established to enhance communication with the broader community. As a Search Engine Evaluator for Google from 2008 to 2009, Heidi analyzed and rated search engine quality. Earlier experience includes being promoted to Head Concierge at Vail Resorts in 2001, where weekly guest receptions were planned and hosted. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Connecticut.
