Previously, Vallerand held the position of Tool Room Supervisor at Springfield Spring & Stamping from January 2016 to December 2019, and served as the Spring Department Lead at NUCAP Brakes from February 2014 to December 2016. Additional experience includes working as a Four Slide Setup at Tollman Spring from September 2010 to February 2014, and as a Tooling Engineer at ANSTRO MFG from September 2001 to September 2010.
