Richard Hubbard

Richard Hubbard currently serves as the Assistant Director of Web Services at Connecticut State Community College, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Richard was the Webmaster at Housatonic Community College from January 2011 to October 2023, responsible for maintaining the college's website and designing new pages. Earlier experience includes working as a Graphic Designer at Register Citizen from October 1996 to January 2011, where Richard focused on designing advertisements and page layouts. Richard holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from Pratt Institute.
