Elizabeth Durgin

Women of Innovation Program Coordinator at Connecticut Technology Council

Elizabeth Durgin is the current Women of Innovation Program Coordinator at Connecticut Technology Council, a position they have held since September 2005. Prior to this, they were the Program Manager at Computer Education Services Corporation from November 1997 to September 2005, where they managed vendor resources for Project Management training curriculum and instructors, as well as new product research and instructor recruiting, writing and editing. From January 1993 to December 1997, Elizabeth was Direct Mail List Manager at Audio Forum, developing and implementing marketing plans for catalog sales of foreign language education training courses. Her first position out of college was Promotion Manager for BNA International Inc. in London UK, where they oversaw the company's business and legal information services for corporate executives and advisors in Washington, D.C. During their time with BNA International Inc., Elizabeth established the U.K. Direct Marketing Dept., developed and implemented international direct mail and advertising campaigns, managed the annual Marketing Budget, supervised staff and mailing house services, and communicated with the US parent company on a regular basis. Elizabeth also served as Product Development Liaison and Advisory Board Liaison, and managed international trade show exhibits. Elizabeth's experience in both domestic and international marketing make their an asset to any organization.

Elizabeth Durgin received their BA in English from American University and their high school education from Choate Rosemary Hall, where they studied college preparatory courses.
