Daniel Goodrich has extensive experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), currently serving as the Manager of Technical Services at Connecticut Water since April 2015. Prior roles at Connecticut Water include Senior GIS Analyst and Engineering Technician - GIS. Before joining Connecticut Water, Daniel was the GIS Coordinator at Kent County Water Authority from September 2009 to April 2015, and served as a GIS Technician at CMRPC from January 2008 to September 2009. Daniel holds a Master of Science in GIS & Cartography with a GIS Development Option from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2018-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Geographic Information Sciences from Central Connecticut State University (2003-2007).
