Denise Poole has been with Connecticut Water since October 2002, serving as the Manager of Capital Planning and Rates. In this role, Denise is responsible for overseeing capital planning, Capex, and utility rate adjustments to reflect capital investments in Infrastructure. Prior to this, Denise worked at Unionville Water Company as an Assistant Office Manager, where Denise handled customer service, billing, accounts payable, and payroll processing. Denise has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hartford, as well as certificates in Small Water System Operation and Maintenance and Water Distribution System Operation and Maintenance from California State University-Sacramento.
