Elizabeth Norman possesses extensive experience in customer service and revenue operations, currently serving as a Revenue Service Representative and previously as a Customer Service Representative at Connecticut Water since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Liberty Bank - CT as a Customer Service Specialist from September 2016 to April 2021, and multiple positions in retail management at Kenneth Cole Productions, Famous Footwear, and Nine West Group between 2006 and 2016. Elizabeth began at Nine West as a Part Time Key holder and advanced to the role of Full Time Assistant Manager. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University, obtained in 2013, and attended the University of Rhode Island from 2006 to 2007.
