Michael Thomas

Michael Thomas currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ConnectIDD, a Disability Empowerment Agency dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. In addition to this role, Michael Thomas is a Foundation Board Member at Collin College and a Member of the Board of Directors at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Plano. With a substantial background in organizational leadership, Michael Thomas previously held the CEO position at My Possibilities, where responsibilities included oversight of operations, program design, and growth strategy. Michael Thomas has also contributed to MPact, focusing on strategies for inclusive employment, and held various positions within community organizations, including the Plano Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Plano. Educational achievements include an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and a BA in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Southern Methodist University.
