Kellie Gottner

Kellie Gottner currently serves as the Chief Human Resources and Client Experience Officer at Connectify HR since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kellie held various positions at Aureon from August 2008 to September 2021, including Chief People Officer, Vice President of Human Resources, and Director of HR, where responsibilities involved developing people strategies, overseeing various HR functions, and engaging with executive leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness. Kellie began her career at Aureon as a Manager in Talent Relations and also worked as a Human Resources Specialist II. Educated at the University of Northern Iowa, Kellie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources, along with a minor in Business Communications.
