Connecting Care (2000) Inc.

Connecting Care is a convergence of complimentary service groups into one cohesive company, benefiting from the synergies all can provide. Connecting Care’s focus is to provide the best service and leadership to our stakeholders. Supportive (assisted) living is a rapidly expanding industry. Since its inception in 1999, Connecting Care has obtained several contracts to operate supportive living facilities and has provided consulting services to developers, not for profits, and operators. Connecting Care practices the Eden Alternative® which focuses on moving away from the institutional hierarchical (medical) model of care into a constructive culture of “home” where Elders direct their own lives. The Eden Alternative® philosophy is focused on the care of the human spirit as well as the care of the human body. Connecting Care is also CARF Accredited. CARF International accreditation demonstrates a program’s quality, transparency, and commitment to the satisfaction of the persons served. CARF International is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services. For more information- Toll free (888) 281-6531. www.carf.org
