Grace N. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Grace most recently worked at ConnectinSkillz as a Business Analyst starting in January 2022. Prior to that, Grace worked at Highlanders GB from February 2020 to January 2022 as a Business and Sales Analyst. Previous to their role at Highlanders GB, they worked at Geberit as a Technical Support Administrator from October 2018 to April 2019. Grace also gained experience at Sitel Group, where they worked as a Learning Specialist for Close Brothers from October 2017 to October 2018, and as a Customer Service Advisor for Close Brothers from March 2017 to October 2017. Before joining Sitel Group, they were a Customer Service Advisor at Capita from February 2016 to March 2017. Grace also has experience at the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria as a Management and Sales Executive from March 2012 to December 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Contact Centre Advisor at Transport for London from April 2010 to February 2011, and as a Health Advisor at NHS Direct from February 2010 to April 2010.

Grace N. began their education in 2002 at Covenant University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Marketing. Grace completed their undergraduate studies in 2006. Following this, in 2008, they attended Coventry University to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Advertising and Marketing, which they completed in 2009. Grace furthered their education in 2015 by enrolling in Coventry University once again, this time for a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management. Grace finished their M.B.A. program in 2016.
