Claire Madden

Claire Madden is the Managing Partner and Founding Partner of Connection Capital LLP, a specialist alternative investment firm established in January 2010, focused on sourcing, structuring, and managing investments for private clients in various asset classes. Prior to this role, Claire co-founded Hotbed Limited in August 2001, where leadership efforts expanded the client base to over 700 high net worth investors and facilitated more than £160 million in investments. Claire's career also includes significant positions such as Regional Manager at Michael Page Finance and Investment Executive at 3i plc, beginning with a robust academic background in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University.
