CSC Desktop Support Team Lead at Connection

Brian Lofthouse has worked in various IT support roles throughout their career. In 2003, they started as a Level 2 Desktop Support Tech at Valcom/Grainger and eventually became a Help Desk Team Lead in 2006. Brian then moved on to First State Bank in 2007, where they worked as an IT Support specialist. Later that same year, they joined T6 Broadband as a Tech Support employee and stayed with the company until 2010. Brian then began working at Connection, first as an Onsite Desktop Support Technician and later as the CSC Desktop Support Team Lead, starting in 2022.

Brian Lofthouse attended Rock Valley College from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Harlem High School from 1998 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained certifications in "Windows 10: Advanced Troubleshooting for IT Support" from LinkedIn in 2020 and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn in 2019.
