Jesse Holland

Jesse Holland serves as the Vice President of Information Security & Compliance at Connection since September 2025, focusing on enhancing security measures and regulatory compliance. As Co-Owner of Universal Kempo Karate Schools, Jesse has significantly expanded the student base from 4 to 25 while developing a strong training culture and managing curriculum and branding aspects. Previously, Jesse held the position of Senior Manager at Caterpillar Inc. and managed a $37M cybersecurity budget, achieving notable cost savings. Jesse's leadership experience also includes building an OT cybersecurity team at The Walt Disney Company and overseeing cyber operations within the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UC Irvine and advanced degrees in Cyber Security and Management Information Systems from Bellevue University.
