Laurie Kramer started their work experience in 2000 as a Customer Service Representative at Zones. Over the years, they took on various roles including Quick Response Team Representative, Customer Services Operations Lead, Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Service Manager. Laurie then transitioned into sales roles at Zones, working as an Inside Sales Supervisor, Sales Operations Manager, and Account Manager.
