Patty Holland

Patty Holland is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Connection since March 2021, Patty oversees full-cycle recruitment for multiple functions, focusing on building enthusiastic candidate pools. Previous roles include Recruiting Manager at RSG - Resource Systems Group, Inc., where management of the recruitment process for a national consulting firm was key, and a Contract Recruiter at PathWays NH, responsible for enhancing referral networks.
