Ralph Bolognese

Ralph Bolognese currently serves as Vice President of Finance at Connection, having joined the company in January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Director at Applied Materials, where Ralph also held positions as Senior Director Finance and Director of Finance for the Varian Business Unit. Prior to that, Ralph was Global Operations Controller at Analogic and Business Unit Controller at Applied Materials' VSE Business Unit. Ralph began a finance career at Varian Semiconductor, managing financial operations and cost reduction initiatives across various product lines. Further experience includes a Finance Manager role at Ford Motor Company, where Ralph improved forecasting accuracy, and earlier work as a Project Engineer at Weston & Sampson Engineers. Academically, Ralph holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan and both MS and BS degrees in engineering from Tufts University.
