Jessica H.

Jessica H. has extensive experience in educational counseling, currently serving as the School Counselor at Connections Academy since January 2018, where notable achievements include being named School Counselor of the Year for both 2022-23 and 2024-25 at MNCA. Jessica manages a significant caseload of 400-500+ students in grades 9 through 12, utilizing data to tailor services, develop academic plans, and support students’ social and emotional well-being. Previous roles include Out of School Time Supervisor for Eastern Carver County Schools and multiple positions at both Connections Academy and various educational institutions. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Education in School Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and has completed a certificate in College Admission Counseling from Hamline University.
