Ashley Lyons

Ashley Lyons is an experienced educator with a strong background in visual arts and English language arts. Currently serving as a Secondary English Language Arts Teacher and Secondary Visual Arts Teacher at Connections Education since July 2020, Ashley previously worked as a Visual Art Teacher at Sullivan County Schools from April 2016 to July 2020 and at Carter County Schools from July 2013 to July 2015. Ashley's academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on Art and Art History. Additional experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant to Dr. Norma Hogan at East Tennessee State University and working as an Imaging Chart Completion Specialist at Mountain States Health Alliance.
