Jessa Hershner has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Teacher at Connections Education since February 2014, where responsibilities include designing and implementing experiential and inquiry-based learning activities in a virtual environment while collaborating with colleagues nationwide. Previously, Jessa worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Central Ohio Technical College from January 2014 to August 2016, teaching various subjects including Mass Media Communications and Integrated Reading/Writing. Jessa's teaching career began at Ohio Connections Academy from July 2010 to January 2014, focusing on Gifted & Talented Science and regular Science instruction for grades 6 and 7. Jessa holds a PhD in Learning, Instruction & Innovation from Walden University and both an MA in Education and a BA in Middle School Education from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
