Winnie Wong

Winnie Wong has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality and events industry. Winnie is currently working as the Head of Events at Connections Luxury, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Convention Sales at the San Francisco Travel Association, from July 2019 to June 2023. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Convention Sales at the same company, from September 2015 to July 2019. Winnie also worked as an Account Director at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from July 2011 to September 2015, and as a Sales Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 2005 to 2006. Winnie started their career at the Embassy Suites Chicago-Lakefront, first as an Executive Meeting Manager from 2001 to 2003, and then as a Convention Services Manager from 2003 to 2005.

Winnie Wong studied Hospitality at Michigan State University, earning a BA degree from 1996 to 2000.
