Heather Genovese

National Vice President, Clinical Operations at Connections Health Solutions

Heather Genovese has extensive work experience in the mental health and behavioral services industry. Heather is currently serving as the National Vice President of Clinical Operations at Connections Health Solutions, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations and Vice President of Operational Integration at the same company.

Before joining Connections Health Solutions, Heather was the Vice President of Crisis and Opioid Services at Southwest Behavioral Health Services from September 2014 to June 2021. During their time there, they also held roles such as Therapist, Site Administrator, Clinical Director, and Director.

Additionally, Heather has served as a Board Member for the Human Resource Training and Parenting Skills Program from January 2009 to November 2021. Heather also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Ottawa University from January 2012 to May 2015.

Earlier in their career, Heather was the Clinical Director at Child & Family Support Services from November 2006 to October 2010.

Through their various positions, Heather has gained valuable experience in clinical operations, crisis management, program coordination, and leadership roles in the mental health field.

Heather Genovese obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, attending from 1986 to 1991. Heather later pursued a Master of Counseling degree with a focus on Marriage, Family & Child Therapy at the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
