Leah Douglas

Leah Douglas is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at Connections Health Solutions since April 2023. Previously, Leah worked at Radiology Ltd. as a Computer Technician from June 2022 to April 2023, and as a Network Engineer at Mediacom Communications from July 2019 to June 2022. Earlier in Leah’s career, experience included roles as a Healthcare Specialist at Lincare Holdings, Inc. from September 2015 to May 2017 and as a Respiratory Therapist at UnityPoint Health from January 2000 to September 2015. Leah holds a degree in Network Administration from Des Moines Area Community College, completed between 2017 and 2019, and has additional training from Cisco Networking Academy.
