Elisabete Mleczak

Elisabete Mleczak has a strong work experience background in various managerial and leadership roles within the technology and telecommunications industry. Elisabete began their career in 2005 with HP Enterprise Services, where they held multiple roles in network operations and engineering, ultimately becoming a Network Delivery Leader. In 2013, they transitioned to BT, where they served as a Senior Ops Manager LATAM, Director of Service Assurance Americas, and Director of Global Services. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Connectis and Getronics as the Managing Director & Vice President Client Services for both companies, with a focus on Latin America. Their work experience showcases their expertise in client services, operations management, and leadership.

Elisabete Mleczak holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, earned from 2012 to 2014. Elisabete also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, completed between 2001 and 2006.
