Marco Calidakis has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2021. Marco started their career as the Director at MediCali Market Research, where they gained over 8 years of experience in medical market research. Marco Calidakis (µediCali) began their education at KIPS International & Unity High School in Khartoum, Sudan from 1986 to 1994. After that, they attended Box Hill School in Surrey, UK from 1994 to 1996, where they completed A' levels in Economics, Politics, Business, and German. From 1996 to 2000, Marco studied at the University of Portsmouth, earning a BA (Hons) in German Studies and a Diploma in International Trade Law.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Marco Calidakis has obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In 2019, they obtained the MCSE Business Application and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certifications. Marco also completed certifications in various Microsoft Dynamics 365 courses, including Customer Engagement Online Deployment, Customization and Configuration, and Sales (MB2-717).
