Brad Clucas has a robust background in strategic member engagement, business development, and sales transformation across various leadership roles in the banking and packaging industries. Currently serving as Head of Strategic Member Engagement and Head of Broker Channel at Connective since November 2021, Brad previously held significant positions at Pro-Pac Packaging, PLAN Australia, and NAB. At NAB, Brad led several initiatives that enhanced customer experiences and employee engagement, such as transforming the relationship between Business and Consumer Banking and growing the Small Business Central team to nearly 200 full-time employees. With a proven track record in improving processes, productivity, and fostering successful business relationships, Brad has consistently aimed to achieve exceptional outcomes for both customers and teams.
