Kylie Louden

Kylie Louden is an accomplished sales manager with extensive experience in the mortgage and finance industry. Currently serving as the Sales Manager for Queensland at Connective since November 2021, Kylie oversees services for over 3,600 brokers managing a loan portfolio exceeding $245.6 billion. Previously, Kylie held the position of State Manager, Business Development for the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) from July 2015 to August 2021, and served as the Vic/Tas Territory Manager at BOQ Finance, as well as Branch Manager at ANZ, where responsibilities included strategic business development, staff mentorship, and compliance oversight. Kylie's earlier role as Senior Manager Mortgage Broker at MyState involved significant business development in mortgage writing and expanding the broker sales team across Tasmania and Queensland. Kylie's educational background includes attending Cosgrove High from 1985 to 1988.
