Bob Fugate

Bob Fugate has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Bob is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Connectivity Wireless and Neutral Connect Networks since 2019. Prior to this, they held the same position at Connectivity Wireless starting from 2019.

From 2015 to 2019, Fugate was the President at RFA Management Company, LLC. Before that, they co-founded Cbeyond, Inc. in 2000 and served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Co-Founder, and Board Secretary. Cbeyond, Inc. was later acquired by Birch Communications, Inc. in 2014.

Bob also held the position of EVP & CFO at Splitrock Services, Inc., a wholesale provider of advanced data communication services, from 1999 to 2000. In 1997, Fugate served as the EVP & CFO and Angel Investor at Fuego Technology Corp., a middleware technology company.

Prior to these roles, they held the position of VP Corporate Development and CFO at General Wireless, Inc. (MetroPCS) from 1996 to 1997. From 1988 to 1996, Fugate was the SVP, Finance & CFO at Mobile Telecommunication Technologies Corp. (SkyTel), a messaging service provider.

Their career started at Prudential-Bache Securities in 1986 as an Associate in Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions. Before that, Fugate worked as a Financial & Operations Analyst and later as the General Manager - Tallahassee at Mobile Communications Corporation of America (MCCA) from 1983 to 1985.

Bob Fugate completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi between 1979 and 1983. Bob then pursued a Masters of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School between 1985 and 1987.
