Joseph Parisi

Joseph Parisi serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Otterstedt Insurance Agency, overseeing operations for an agency that supports over 20,000 clients with a focus on personal and business insurance, life and health, and surety bonds since January 1979. In addition to previous roles as President and Chief Operating Officer, Joseph managed individual and business accounts as an Account Executive and Claims Representative. Joseph co-founded ConnectOne Bank in 2005 and currently serves as a Director on its Board as the institution has seen significant growth. Previously, Joseph held the position of Mayor of the Borough of Englewood Cliffs from 2005 to 2016, making decisions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the community's 6,000 residents. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Property and Casualty Insurance from St. John's University and has developed leadership skills through earlier education at Valley Forge Military Academy & College.
