Luis Alicea

Luis Alicea has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Luis started their career at Interchange Bank in 2004 as a Head Teller, where they effectively managed the teller area and provided excellent customer service. In 2006, they joined TD Bank as a Head Teller, where they continued to oversee teller operations and ensured a positive client experience. In 2008, Luis joined ConnectOne Bank as an Assistant Vice President/Senior BSA Analyst, where they played a key role in developing and maintaining a BSA/AML Compliance Program. In 2015, they were promoted to Vice President/Security Officer at ConnectOne Bank, where they were responsible for implementing effective transaction monitoring and overseeing account oversight.

Luis Alicea attended Lodi High School from 2000 to 2004, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.
