Matthew F. Mattera

Matthew F. Mattera has extensive experience in commercial lending and financial analysis, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager at ConnectOne Bank since June 2012, where a $300 million portfolio is managed, primarily focused on C&I lending. Previous roles at the bank include Assistant Treasurer and Culture Ambassador, promoting the organization's people-first approach, as well as participating in various analytical positions. Prior to ConnectOne Bank, Matthew held positions at Manhattan College as a Graduate Assistant and Vice President of Finance, and contributed to STA Jets as a Junior Broker, driving revenue growth. Leadership experience includes serving as Chapter President for Alpha Phi Delta national Fraternity. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Manhattan University.
