Michael O'Malley

Michael O'Malley, FRM has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael currently holds the position of Executive Vice President - Chief Risk Officer at ConnectOne Bank since November 2020. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, they worked at OnDeck as the Director - Enterprise Risk and Strategic Initiatives, Head of Operational Risk, where they played a crucial role in transforming the risk landscape of the company.

Before joining OnDeck, Michael worked at MUFG Securities as the RCSA Program Manager from 2017 to 2018, where they developed an enhanced operational risk framework and led high-priority initiatives.
