Swathi Shapira is a seasoned product manager currently leading the development of ConnectPay’s Client Portal since May 2022. With a robust background at Boston Consulting Group as an IT Partner Systems Project Manager and IT HR Lead Business Analyst, Swathi has managed complex projects, enhanced team efficiency through Agile methodologies, and shaped product roadmaps based on stakeholder collaboration. Prior experience includes senior roles at Bright Horizons and Eze Castle Software, focusing on business analysis, project management, and system deployment, alongside early career positions in research and education. Swathi holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications and Networking from the University of Pennsylvania.
