Hannah Grace Weston has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Hannah Grace currently works at Connectr as the Head of Programme Delivery, where they lead and oversees program delivery. Prior to this, they held the position of Deputy Head of Programme Delivery at the same company.

Before joining Connectr, Hannah worked at GlobalGiving UK as a Programme Evaluator. Hannah Grace'sresponsibilities included evaluating programs and assessing their impact. Hannah Grace also worked at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust as a Programme Leader, where they managed multiple programs and teams, ensuring quality facilitation and pastoral care for participants.

Hannah's experience also includes working at The Challenge as a Graduate Programme Manager and Senior Assistant Programme Manager. In these roles, they managed and delivered youth programs while building partnerships and advocating for the organization.

Additionally, Hannah worked at Development in Action as a UK Programme Manager, overseeing strategic planning and managing a team of volunteers. Hannah Grace also held the position of Volunteer Support Officer and Workshop Leader in the same organization, where they facilitated workshops and provided logistics support.

Hannah's early career included roles at International Citizen Service as a Team Leader and Project Administrator, where they led volunteer groups and provided administrative support. Hannah Grace also worked as a Marketing Intern at The Children's Society, supporting marketing initiatives for the Young Carers in Focus program.

Furthermore, Hannah participated in the British Council's Active Citizens program, equipping their with skills in social leadership and community engagement.

Hannah Grace Weston attended Thomas Tallis School from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued A Levels and BTEC level 3 in the fields of Art and Design, English Literature, and Sociology. Following their time at Thomas Tallis School, they went on to study at the University of Kent from 2009 to 2012. There, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Interior Design from the School of Architecture.
